GPF players are never more than 2 tourney wins away from a $1,000,000 Prize Pool

GPF Venue Championship

Quarterly Venue Champions receive invitations to play in the GPF National Championship in Las Vegas. Players with an invitation(s) can play in any Daily Deepstack or Bracelet Event (No Limit Texas Holdem) at any time during the World Series. Players with vouchers must collect their payout in Las Vegas, from Donald Bly on June 18th, 19th, or 20th. Payout will be made by arrangement at the Four Queens Hotel and Casino between 11AM and Noon on the 3 days listed above. Payouts will be by check so plan accordingly. Players will need to register which tournament(s) they plan on playing in by completing the registration process on the National Championship page.

May's quarterly venue champions will earn a voucher good toward entry into one of the Daily Deep Stack tournaments or a Bracelet Event at the Rio Hotel and Casino during poker's world series. Voucher amount will be determined by the amount collected for the National Championship fund. Daily Deep Stack cash payout is typically between $200k and $300k with the top 18% of the field getting paid.

Top 10 point earners for the quarter at each participating venue qualify as well as those who have their name drawn from the 15 Golden Tickets drawn prior to the beginning of the Venue Championship. If a venue plays on multiple nights per week each night will have it's own top 10 roster.

Golden Ticket: Each person that signs in to play at a participating venue will receive one raffle ticket. An additional "Golden Ticket" will be be awarded for each $5 spent. Present your bill to the host prior to leaving in order to receive your additional raffle tickets.

Quarterly venue championships are held as last man standing events at the first tournament of each new quarter (Aug, Nov, Feb, May). The last man standing of the 10 point qualified players or those qualified via Golden Ticket raffle is declared the winner, but everyone can play. 15 Golden Tickets will be drawn.

During the May Venue Championship, the previous three venue champions will also qualify.

Players that cannot make the trip to Vegas that have earned Venue Championship vouchers have a last chance to use them in Pendleton during the Wildhorse Casino's Summer Poker Roundup at the morning and evening Single Table Satellite tournaments. These are held each morning beginning at 7AM and ending around 11AM and again in the evenings beginning around 7PM and ending somewhere around midnight. Players with National Championship vouchers MUST redeem them in Las Vegas.

A representative of Global Poker Federation will be present at the Wildhorse Casino's satellite tourneys on Friday evening (August 23rd), Saturday morning, Saturday evening (August 24th) and Sunday morning (August 25th). Players will receive cash for the satellite buy-ins. If you have a $130 voucher and you are playing in $40 satellites you will recieve $40 for each satellite you enter until you have either won or have exhausted your voucher. If you have multiple vouchers you may continue to play each voucher as previously described; In until you win or you have exhausted your voucher. Each satellite tournament has a $3 dealer fee which will be the responsibility of the player.
